If you are experiencing any flu symptoms or have a high temperature please cancel your appointment and do not make another appointment for 14 days. If anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms I cannot visit and it MUST be 14days after symptoms have finished.
I will be wearing a mask and protective shield, disposable gloves, disposable aprons and disposable shoe covers, on each treatment. You don't need to wear a mask in your own home.
Each client will have a nail file only used on them.
Colours and design MUST BE chosen prior to the treatment .
do i need a product test?
Product test- With some treatments a product test is required, from now on if I am not in the area of your booking prior to your treatment I will have to send you the product/tint test and a postage fee will be applied. If you are happy to pay a mileage fee from my address to yours this can be arranged also. Product tests are required 48 hours prior to treatment and it does not matter if you have had a similar treatment elsewhere.
How long does my hair growth have to be to wax?
Please make sure your hair growth is about 0.5 - 1cm long. For a better experience with intimate waxing, please make sure your hair growth is not over 1cm long.
Which payment methods does beau mobile accept?
I accept card payments (over £15), bank transfer on the day, cash and PayPal must be paid on the day.

What if I need to cancel?
All bookings will require a £10 deposit. Group booking will require a 50% deposit prior to the appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Payments can be made via PayPal or via this website. Me Cancelling - I am on my own in this business and always try my best to make appointments but unfortunately due to having two little ones I may have to deal with our own sickness bugs. I will always do my best to re-arrange childcare and re-arrange your booking, if all else fails and under some circumstances will offer 20% off your next booking.
Do you charge Mileage?
Mileage - anything over 6 miles from LL30 1TW there will be a mileage fee charge or 50p per mile if you live 6 miles from the postcode LL30 1TW. Minimum fee - There is a minimum fee of £15 per treatment.
Other Important Info.
Little ones - I am here to work around you and appreciate that home appointments are much more convenient when you have little ones. However I do work with chemicals and hot wax, so please consider this if your children require supervision whilst your having your treatment, you and your little ones safety is far more important then trying to proceed with any treatment.
I love visiting my clients but please note I have a strict no smoking policy, and would be most grateful if you would not smoke when I offering a treatment.
Animals - I am pet friendly, but please bare in mind of your animals around my items.
Please note I cannot provide a service if you have a contagious virus, this could be conjunctivitis, varrukas, warts etc, so maybe think of what you may have to avoid disappointment on my arrival as I will say no.
Pedicures- Please note I am not a chiropodist and can only offer so much with foot and Nail Treatments.
If you are pregnant, suffer from any illness or are on any medication that may effect a treatment please let me know prior to my arrival.
